Mc Cormick, SC (Sept. 25, 2004) - It was a perfect golfing weather @
Monticello Golf Club as 39 golfers from Atlanta & Augusta battled it out
to
claim supremacy of the coveted 2004 PGAG JBP PRESIDENT'S CUP. We thank the
Augusta golfers for an outstanding job of putting together this event -
special mention to Al Papa, Sar Ansaldo, Guilly Rebagay & Jun Abrigo.
Thank
you, Al & Inday Papa for your HOSPITALITY of hosting the Awards/Banquet @
your beautiful home. Everyone enjoyed the banquet and had plenty to eat
especially the traditional ever-mouth watering PINOY LECHON...GREAT JOB

Low gross champion (Gross score of 79 tied with Richard Castelo) Tie breaker

THE COVETED 2004 PGAG JBP PRESIDENT'S CUP WAS RETAINED BY THE GOLFERS FROM
AUGUSTA FOR THE THIRD YEAR IN A ROW. ATLANTA TEAM SHARED THE SAME FEELING
AS THE AMERICAN RYDER CUP TEAM ON GETTING THEIR BUTTS KICKED REALLY BAD.
ATLANTA PROMISED THAT THEY WILL GET THE CUP BACK NEXT YEAR - on second
thought we, Atlantans, could just keep looking forward to fattening up our
tummies with the sumptuous dishes the Augustans so lovingly prepare.
